Indication:

KetoFLEX solution for injection is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. It is used to relieve pain in some pain syndromes and for treatment of anti-inflammatory, degenerative and metabolic rheumatic diseases.

Pain:

  • Postoperative pain
  • Painful menstruation
  • Pain due to bone tumour metastases
  • Posttraumatic pain

Rheumatic diseases:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Seronegative spondyloarthritis  (ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, reactive arthritis)
  • Gout, pseudogout
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Non articular rheumatism (tendinitis, bursitis, capsulitis of the shoulder)

Аctive substances:

Each 2 ml solution for injection (1 ampoule) contains 100 mg Ketoprofen

Dosage and method of administration:

Intramuscular administration:

You will be given by intramuscular route one ampoule (100 mg) once or twice daily.

If required, KetoFLEX 50 mg/ml solution for injection may be combined with capsule administration.

Intravenous infusion:

The infusion should be administered in hospital setting only. The infusion should take ½ – 1 hour to maximum 48 hours. The maximum dose is 200 mg for 24 hours.

Your doctor will tell you how long the treatment will be.
