Vitamin B complex is a specially developed dietary supplement containing a wholesome complex of five vitamins to support the nervous system functions, and stimulate energy production in cells. The B-vitamins contained in it support various body functions and help the optimal utilisation of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, and their conversion into energy. Vitamins В1, B2, B3, B6 and B12 have favourable effects on the brain and nervous system, increase the body’s tone and reduce the feeling of tiredness, weakness and exhaustion. They influence favourably the peripheral nerves and the skin condition.
