Indication:

Refrigerans® B-complex is a combination dietary supplement, a source of group B vitamins that influence favourably a number of important processes in the body, e.g.:

  • Contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system
  • Help to overcome stress and mental loading
  • Contribute to the exchange of substances and normal metabolism
  • Protect DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative damage
  • Help the process of cell division
  • Help the metabolism of iron and the formation of red blood cells
  • Contribute to the correct functioning of the immune system

Folic acid plays a key role also for the utilisation of the remaining group B vitamins.

Each film coated tablet contains the following:

Vitamin В1 (thiamin) – 14,0 mg

Vitamin В2 (riboflavin) – 10,0 mg

Vitamin В3 (nicotinamide) – 50,0 mg

Vitamin В6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 10,0 mg

Vitamin В9 (folic acid) – 400 µg

Vitamin В12 (cyanocobalamine) – 50 µg

Dosage:

Take 1 tablet in the morning with a sufficient amount of water.

Warning:

This is a dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for varied diet.
